Service Description
Engage in personalized, one-on-one Japanese tutoring sessions designed to help you achieve fluency and comprehension in the language. Conducted via Zoom or Skype, each session is tailored to your specific learning needs and goals.
Cancellation Policy
Students are allowed to cancel their own bookings up to 24 hours before the start time of the class. After that, they have to pay full price of the class even though they cancelled. Based on the circumstances, tutors might cancel or reschedule lessons without charging a student for the missed lesson. But the decision is at the discretion of a tutor. If you can't attend a lesson that begins within 24 hours, reschedule the lesson for a future date. If you reschedule a lesson that begins within 24 hours, you can't cancel this lesson in the future. Students are allowed to reschedule their bookings up to 24 hours before the start time of the class. After that, they can't reschedule. Students can still discuss with the tutor whether it is possible to reschedule/cancel the lesson without charge. But the tutor reserves the right to make any decisions. If the tutor decided to charge you for the lesson, they will be able to do so within 7 days after the scheduled lesson time. In this case, you will be notified via email about being charged, and you are able to file a dispute within 72 hours.
